When you reach out to us, you'll be working directly with Kelly Bixby, our dedicated Gift Shop Manager. Kelly will expertly guide your order through our process, ensuring it reaches the skilled hands of Danny Buttler, a 7th generation glass artist with over 35 years of experence. For any custom designs or airbrushing requests, our talented artist, Wendy Otto, will bring your vision to life with meticulous detail.

At the heart of Carol's Legacy Crystal is our owner, Jeffery Ball. He is passionate about ensuring complete customer satisfaction and is unwavering in his commitment to quality. We stand hebind every piece we create. If any project falls short of our rigorous standards, we'll redo it. And for cremation pieces, if the original doesn't meet our quality benchmark, you'll receive it alongside the perfected piece, completely free of charge.
